Question #1 - Is this an e-card?
Answer #1 - No, it isn't. SendOutCards is a service that sends high-quality "physical" greeting cards
and postcards. You just login into your account, select a contact and a card design, and type in the message.
SendOutCards will then print it in your handwriting, fold it, stuff it, seal it, put the stamp on it, and drop it in the mail for you
- all at only a fraction of a cost of a similar card at a store. And you don't even need to leave the house!

Question #2 - If I live outside of the United States can I still use this system?
Answer # 2 - Hey, me too! I live in Canada and so do many of my clients.
Yes, you can be a member of the SendOutCards.com system if you live in Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, United Kingdom
or Australia. The
postage rates are currently as follows:

$0.45 in Canada (Canadian-bound card come with Canadian "live" stamps on them)

$0.83 to most other countries (call SendOutCards and ask them about the postage rate to your country. Tell them Alex Makarski sent you.)
Soon, you will be able to send a card from the US to your homeland at local postage rates.

Question # 3 - How much do these cards cost?
Answer # 3 - Your cost will depend on the type of the account you have. If you have a Retail account,
postcards will cost $0.49, and greeting cards will cost $0.98. If you add a picture from your hard drive to the inside of the card,
this will cost and extra $0.49. If you have a Wholesale or a Distributor account, then postcards are $0.31 each,
greeting cards are $0.62, and a picture is an extra $0.31.

Question # 4 - What's the deal with those "points" anyway?
Answer # 4 - "Points" are special units that you buy to send greeting cards or postcards with SendOutCards:

You need 1 point to send a postcard.

You need 2 points to send a greeting card.

And if you add a photo from your hard drive, it will cost another point.
Points cost $0.49 in the Retail Account. Points cost only $0.31 (a 36% discount) in the Wholesale Account and
Distributor Account when you are on autoship, i.e. you automatically buy certain number of points every month. Points
don't expire, which means you don't have to use them in the same month. You can accumulate points for several months and then
use them for a large campaign.

Question # 5 - Is there a minimum quantity to print?
Answer # 5 - No, there isn't. A card costs you the same amount, whether you are sending just one card or one
hundred. The whole idea is to personalize every card you send, because when you do, people appreciate it.

Question # 6 - What is the main difference between a retail, wholesale, and distributor
account?
Answer # 6 - The main difference between the retail account and the wholesale account is volume. If you're
going to send a lot of cards out, then you should invest in the wholesale account. This way you'll pay less for each card that is
sent. If you're simply going to send 10 - 15 cards out a month, you should sign up for a retail account. If you want to resell the
SendOutCards.com system, then you'll want to become a distributor.

Question # 7 - Do you own SendOutCards.com or are you a partner in the company?
Answer # 7 - I (Alex Makarski) am simply a distributor for the company. It's similar to being an Internet
affiliate. However, I continue to add significant value to the SendOutCards.com system by developing high performing business
cards that you can use in your business. You can become an affiliate as I have by investing in a Distributor account.

Question # 8 - How do I learn how to use the SendOutCards.com system?
Answer # 8 - I will contact you to set the time for us to meet on the phone. I will then coach you on
using the SendOutCards system. I will also send you a link to the System Training videos that you can review at any time.

Question # 9 - Once you take my money, what's the next step?
Answer # 9 - When you fill out the order form your information will come directly to me. Within 24 hours you
will be setup in the system. Your custom referral cards will be transferred to your account and your initial points and postage will
be placed into your account. I will then email you with your username and password and you will have access to the system.
IMPORTANT: You will then need to perform your 5-step "System Coaching" activities to fully activate the system. I will send you a
link to the System Training videos for you to follow.

Question # 10 - How do I use the SendOutCards.com system to get referrals?
Answer # 10 - Develop your own follow up referral campaign. Develop a good mix of "thank you" cards, "just
thinking of you" cards, and "referral cards." Depending on the lifetime value of your customer, you determine how many cards you
want to go out per customer (I usually do a 12 month referral follow up program.) Every time you make a sale, enter your customer's
contact information into the system and assign that person to your referral campaign.

Question # 11 - How do I create my own custom cards?
Answer # 11 - SendOutCards.com has several graphics designers on staff. Once you know what you want on your
card you can send it to their design staff and for $50 they'll create it for you. Or you can go to Elance.com and have a designer
create a card there for you and then you can simply send your graphics files into SendOutCards.com to be set up in your system. It
only costs $10 if you have your own files.

Question # 12 - How do I get my handwriting into the cards?
Answer # 12 - Print the Handwriting Font Form PDF off of the
www.SendOutCards.com
website. Follow the instructions and mail it in. Print the form on a color printer, complete it with a black ball point and don't
fold the form. Simply follow the instructions. |
